                英文摘要: With the rapid development of the economy, the financial market is changing rapidly, and the competition among finance companies is also becoming increasingly fierce. In order to get a place in the fierce market, the Financial Products Corp constantly improves the quality of products and shortens the response time to the customer's demand so as to keep and get customers. This is an important way to occupy the market. Six Sigma management has been successfully applied to the process improvement in the Manufacturing Enterprises, which makes the production meet the requirements of high flexibility (high response), high quality, high efficiency and low waste. In this case, the Six Sigma Management technology is used to discuss and analyze how to improve the service production process i.e. the index portfolio production process in M company, a financial consulting company. The case shows how six sigma management can shorten the delivery time in the production of index portfolio products, improve customer satisfaction and solve the problem of customer loss. The case for the same industry enterprises to provide six sigma quality improvement practice reference.
