英文摘要: Wen Xin is a startup company. This case describes the inner journey of Fang and some young people during the one-year entrepreneurial experience. Corporate Wen Xin’s startup team is composed of five company partners. Fang is a serial entrepreneur with one well operated company. Lin is a college teacher. Zhang, Wang, and Jiang are three passionate young people and all graduated from top universities. At first, all of the startup team members were confident about the program. However, shortly afterwards, the program got stagnated, team conflicts emerged and cohesiveness collapsed within the startup team. Launch of the product also suffered from the declining ability of team member coordination. Within a year, the company was tended to be disintegrated. In the face of the failure, Fang deeply reflected about the cause of this bitter failure, in order to not make the same mistake.
