英文摘要: This case describes talents crisis of Tengfei Real Estate Limited Liability Company in the first half year of 2009 when the whole country’s real estate market warmed up again in mainland China. Tengfei Real Estate experienced both professional talents shortage and frequent personnel job-hopping when it had three buildings under construction and sales in the enviable golden spot of Seashore city district. Chairman ZouQiang was greatly stranded and bothered by talents crisis in such a good opportunity of real estate market while he had been longing for making his company stronger and bigger by working diligently for years. The talents crisis described in the case reveals the common phenomenon that China real estate industry now is experiencing.
